Workspaces can be customized with the organization’s logo and branding.

ShareFile Sync

Users can sync their files across all their devices, including PCs, Mac, tablets and mobile phones; IT can manage and schedule sync jobs at optimal times and desired frequency for all user accounts. Built-in on-demand sync capability is optimized for use with virtual apps and desktops, including those powered by Citrix XenApp and Citrix XenDesktop. Microsoft Outlook Plug-in

Seamless integration with Microsoft® Outlook® lets users selectively convert attachments into links or convert all attachments into links. This simplifies file sharing by overcoming attachment size restrictions and eliminating potential bounce-backs, as well as helping to unclog email servers and reduce bandwidth and storage requirements. Users can also request files from co-workers or third parties by providing a secure link where the other party can upload attachments. Senders can track usage of sensitive data by requiring a login to access files or requesting a download notification, and can set an expiration date when files will no longer be available to the recipient.

Enterprise Directory Integration

ShareFile offers multiple options for Active Directory integration to simplify and accelerate provisioning and de-provisioning of the follow-me data service. IT can enforce two-factor authentication with Citrix XenMobile and effectively monitor service levels and license usage. Support is also provided for Active Directory integration with existing SAML solutions to enable single sign-on through the same SAML Identity Provider that you use for other web applications.

Citrix Receiver Integration

Optional integration with Citrix Receiver through XenMobile gives users a single point of access with single sign-on to all their apps and data. Users can store, access, sync and share data from the Citrix Receiver interface, and can edit their data using either local editors on their device or Windows apps hosted by Citrix XenApp for a rich content editing experience. IT can implement a two-factor authentication process and Microsoft Active Directory-based login for all user apps and data.
