Citrix Wins Gold Award in 2013 Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service

Livius Gonzalez of the Citrix Support Team Recognized for Front-Line Customer Service Professional of the Year

SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Citrix today announced that Livius Gonzalez of the Citrix Support Team was recently presented with a Gold Stevie® Award for Front-Line Customer Service Professional of the Year, Computer Hardware and Software category, in the seventh annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer ServiceSM.

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top sales awards, contact center awards, and customer service awards. The Stevie Awards organizes several of the world’s leading business awards shows including the prestigious American Business AwardsSM  and International Business AwardsSM. The awards were presented to honorees during a gala banquet on Monday, February 25 at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas. Over 300 nominated customer service and sales executives from the U.S.A. and several other countries attended.

More than 1,100 entries from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted to this year’s competition. Finalists were determined by the average scores of 120 professionals worldwide, acting as preliminary judges. More than 100 members of eight specialized judging committees determined Stevie Award placements from among the Finalists during final judging this year.
