Citrix Honored as One of the Top 50 Best Places to Work in 2013, a Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Award

Citrix has been recognized as a Best Place to Work for 2013, a Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Award. The Employees’ Choice Awards, now in its fifth year, rely solely on the input of employees, who elect to provide feedback on their job, work environment and company via Glassdoor’s anonymous online company review survey.

“The Citrix vision is all about creating better ways to live and work – starting with our own culture,” said Mark Templeton, president and CEO, Citrix.  “Our employees’ execution on this vision, as well as their commitment to excellence, has been key in making Citrix a ‘best place to work.’”

Close to half a million company reviews were submitted by employees to Glassdoor during the past 12 months to help put their employers in the running for the awards. The Glassdoor company review survey asks employees to rate their satisfaction with the company overall, and key workplace factors like career opportunities, compensation and benefits, work/life balance, senior management, as well as culture and values.

The list was compiled using Glassdoor’s proprietary algorithm, and the overall ranking was determined according to each company’s overall Glassdoor rating. For the purpose of this report, the overall rating is the cumulative average rating from US-based employees who elected to participate in the survey between November 23, 2011 and November 13, 2012.
