Cheyne Kehoe Found Guilty
Video Tape was Key to Conviction Say Jurors
On Monday in Wilmington,Ohio, Cheyne Kehoe was convicted one count of attempted murder. He recieved the conviction for his part n a shootout that occurred earlier this year between him and two Ohio Highway Patrol officers.
Cheyne opened fire on two police officers, J. Harnold
Harker, and his fellow dupety Robert Gates. Cheyne ran off and became fugitivs until Cheyne broke down and surrendered in June and told officers where his brother could be found.
The jury, found Mr. Kehoe guilty of attempted murder of Clinton County deputy Roberts, but
found him not guilty of attempted murder of Ohio State Highway patrol trooper J. Harold Harker.
"The tape showed clearly that Mr. Kehoe had fired at least three times at deputy Gates", teh jury said, but there was insufficient evidence to show that he had fired upon trooper
Harker.
"Jurors had praise for the actions of the officers, but thought the defense has made a strong case in behalf of Mr. Kehoe", he said.
Now the brothers must await, to see what the judge and jury decide
the Kehoe brother's conviction.
The two brothers were stopped by police on a warrant for Chevie for the murder of William Mueller,52, his wife Nancy,28, and their daughter Sara Elizabeth Powell, 8.

Seed Declares Clonning is Possible in Humans: You Can't Stop Science

Dayton Firms Fare Well in National Markets
Here a Dayton technician adjusts the seal of a machine that will be shipped to a state 2,500 miles away.
Today Richard Seed said that he wanted to clone a child from a cell of a human. But many people don't agree with the idea.
President Clinton doesn't want to cloning to happen either. He is trying to sway congress to band cloning to happen for at least five years. Plus he doesn't want cloning because he feels it is immoral and unethical, and has never been tested before.A clone is formed by combining the cytoplasm of an unfertilized egg with the genetic material from an adult cell. It causes a chemical reaction and even results in an embryo. The embryo is implanted in the woman and she goes thorough the month process.
When cloning becomes a safe and reliable method of reproduction, there are those who say that the government will not have the right to prevent people from taking advantage of cloning to save lives.

Super Bowl Promises Plenty of Action
Favre and Elway Shootout
It's Super Bowl time again and this year it's the Green Bay Packers and the Denver Broncos. The sports casters are already predicting that the Packers wil win by at least 14 points. This big game will be played in San Diego on January 25. Thi game will decide who is the best professional team in the nation.
This time the super bowl will fianlly be an even game. We have the Packers with the number one offense against the Broncos number one defense, and it should be a great game.
This will be John Elway's fourth chance at a Super Bowl ring though he has not gotten one yet; he may not have many more chances. Both he and Dan Marino are still hoping for that glorious ring. As said by one great player, "If you ain't got the ring it don't mean a thing'" which has been true so far.
Little known to most people, the Green Bay Packers have also won the second Super Bowl against the Kansas City Chiefs. The score was 40-10, although it was a close game until the fourth quarter.
