Kehoe Found Guilty
Video Tape Crucial Jury Says
The charges against two of the men, include murder for the 1996 deaths of William Muller,52; his wife,Nancy,28; and Mrs. Muller's daughter,Sarah Elizabeth Powell,8. The brothers were fugitives until June, when Cheyne surrendered and told authorities where to find his brother. Chevie Kehoe,25, faces trial Feb. 23.
Prosecutors repeatedly showed the jury the tape which attracted national headlines 11 months ago.
Cheyne Kehoe said he had returned fire only to give himself a chance to flee. "I'm really scared, and I just want to get away," he told jurors. "I don't know why nthe officer is firing at me."

Wilmington,Ohio- As the clock struck midnight Monday,a Clinton County jury found Cheyne Kehoe guilty of four counts in connection with a videotape shootout broadcast across the County. Cheyne Kehoe,21, was also convicted of two counts of assault and a weapons charge by a Clinton County jury.
He was aquitted on a second charge of attempted murder of a state trooper.
Kehoe said he did not aim his handgun at state trooper John Harker and deputy sheriff Rober Gates. The two men fled -- Chevie in the sports-utility vehicle they were driving and Cheyne on foot. Chevie Kehoe then alledgedly fired at police officers minutes later.
Cheyne Kehoe said his brother wanted to kill their parents and get their father's gun
collection,and that Chevie wanted to rob an armored car.
The brothers are from Colville,Wash. A federal grand jury in Little Rock,Ark., indicted Chevie Kehoe and two other men last month on charges they planned to revolt against the U.S. government and create the Aryan Peoples Republic.
Citizenship would be limited to whites, while polygamy would be followed to build the population.

Super Bowl XXII
Showdown between Favre and Elway promises fans good game
The Green Bay Packers and the Denver Broncos meet Sunday, January 25 for the 32nd playing of the Super Bowl in San Diego.
Despite a stumbling start, the Packers have won 13 of 14 and stand on the verge on their second straight Super Bowl title.
The Green Bay Packers the highest hurdle, and coach Mike Holmgen keeps raising the bar.
The Packers have already displaced the San Francisco
49ers as the NFL's model franchise, the one every body else tries to emulate, master and pilfer.
The Denver Broncos are the only team that stands in the Packers way, and they are an early two-touchdown underdog.
John Elway and the Denver Broncos have a chance in beating the packers. Terel Davis hopes to wear out the packers defense line. Shanan Sharp wants to have a good game.

Shooting Accident: 
Twin Dead
On January 11, 1998 at 12:15 a 18-year-old Shannon St. Jaques and his twin brother were watching television as a friend's house in Wareham, Mass. They were holding a gun that they thought wasn't loaded. Shannon accidently shot and killed his own twin brother.
He not sure what happen. All
he heard was the gun go off.
He heard a bang and then saw a flash. A teenage resident brought brought out a box of five handgun. According to the police the gun belongs to 34 year-old boy friend.
The brother here so close they like there life together ran track and also played music together.
Shannon in a flash saw half of his life slipped a way his brother was shot in the head.
It happened at a friend's apartment. They really don't know how the accident happened because they all thought that the gun was not loaded.

Drunk Must Live near Bar
Judge vows to make streets of town safe
Dennis Cay of Hillsboro, Ohio has 18 DUI convictions. Cays, 50 has 24 DUI's since 1971. He has been to jail 2 times for his drinking and driving.
A Hillsboro judge has sentenced him to live within walking distance of a liquor store or a bar.
Judge Hapner gave him a suspended 1 1/2 years in jail. Ans also sentenced him with 5 years probation. He must find a home near a bar by December 31st.
The judge determined to make the streets safe for a man that has been
convicted 18 times with drinking and driving. The convicted for drinking and driving is not a laughing matter. It's a 250 dollar fine for drinking under the influence.

I-675 Accident Kills Two
Area mourns the loss of two Centerville men as ice covered roads cause a rash of accidents.
Monday, a deadly crash on I-675 at The Wilmington
Pike exit at 6:33 AM took the lives of Police officer Kalaman anf fire fighter O'Toole while they were attempting help the driver of a single car crash. A second vehicle spun out of control, striking the Mustang, killing Kalman and O'Toole, and critically injuring another firefighter.
A third south bound vehicle crashed into a firetruck parked in the median. Two montgomery county drivers were injured adnd taken to Dayton area hospitals. The third driver suffered minor injuries. Officer Kalaman was a five year member of Centerville Police. Charles D. Arnold survived the wreck.
The funerals for the two men will be held in Centerville.

Militant Fighting Continues
Algeria: 120 dead, 1000 wounded
On Monday an armed gang slaughtered up to 120 people in a theater ans in a mosque,hospital sources and witnesses said today, as Algeria's Muslim militant insurgency enteredt its seventh year. The militants also left 1,000 wounded.
There was no immediate claim o responsibility in the violence, but suspicion fell on Islamic insurgents who seek to topple the military-backed government.
About 100 men broke into groups, the largest of which entered the theater as the film began,
witnesses said on condition od anonymity.
Many of the victims were shot or stabbed or ahcked to death as they watched a movie Sunday night in Sidi Ahmed, 12 miles south of the capital.
Other members of the gang, meanwhile, attacked a mosque in the nearby village of Haouche Sahraoui.
Witnesses said a bomb killed many worshipers on the spot and gunmen killed others as they fled.
More than 75,000 people have died in the violence, at least 1,000 alone since he start of the holy month of Ramadan on Dec. 30, prompting international calls for an investigation
Just who is behind the killing in Algeria remains partly a mystery.
The government has rejcted calls in recent days by European nations and the US for an investigation of the killings.
The reason this group killed so many people were is because of not saying their prayers.
