Qualifications
The
most basic qualifications necessary for a career in journalism
are writing and organizational skills, dedication, patience, and
the ability to get along well with others. A college degree is
almost always required. For some positions, experience is needed
as well. You can get this experience by working on school newspapers
or doing internships with local newspapers or magazines.
