eCommerce SDK for CloudPortal Services Manager v10

The eCommerce SDK allows 3rd-party billing solutions to be integrated with CloudPortal Services Manager v10.

The eCommerce SDK is a set of two web services that each expose an API, one for configuration and the other for querying usage. Both APIs are based on REST principles, and as a result all interactions with the APIs are via web requests. Features of the SDK include:

Customer Management

• Create new customers and resellers through third-party and custom web shops
• Suspend and resume customer accounts when late payments are made

Services Management

• Query services and plans that are enabled on CloudPortal Services Manager to sell

Usage Management

• Retrieve daily service usage information for customers for billing and invoicing

End User Documentation

• Built-in developer guide that is integrated with the software
• Examples of API usage requests

The ‘how to’ documentation explains how to write a sample usage/billing report using the eCommerce SDK.
