Thomas F. Bogan

Thomas F. Bogan has served as a director of the Company since January 2003 and as chairperson of the Board of Directors since May 2005. Mr. Bogan also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Parametric Technology Corporation, a publicly-traded company that develops, markets and supports product development software solutions. Since 2004, Mr. Bogan has been a Partner at Greylock Partners, a venture capital firm. From 1997 to 2003, Mr. Bogan served in a variety of positions with Rational Software Corporation, a software company acquired by IBM Corporation in 2003, including President and Chief Operating Officer from 2000 to 2003 and Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 1999 to 2000.

Mr. Bogan is Chairman of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and a member of the Compensation and Strategy Committees. The Board of Directors has determined that Mr. Bogan is “independent” within the meaning of the Company’s director independence standards and the director independence standards of The Nasdaq Stock Market, LLC.
