Murray J. Demo

Murray J. Demo has served as a director of the Company since February 2005. Mr. Demo also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Xoom Corporation, a publicly-traded global online money transfer provider. From May 2009 until June 2012, Mr. Demo served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dolby Laboratories, a publicly traded global leader in entertainment technologies. From September 2007 to June 2008, Mr. Demo served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of LiveOps, a privately held on-demand contact center software and call center outsourcing company. Mr. Demo served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Postini, Inc., an on-demand communication security software company, from May 2007 until it was acquired by Google Inc. in September 2007. From 1996 to 2006, Mr. Demo held various positions at Adobe Systems Incorporated including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Vice President and Corporate Controller, Corporate Controller and Director of Operations Finance.

Mr. Demo is Chairman of the Audit and Finance Committees and a member of the Strategy Committee. The Board of Directors has determined that Mr. Demo is “independent” within the meaning of the Company’s director independence standards and the director independence standards of The Nasdaq Stock Market, LLC and qualifies as a “financial expert” under the SEC’s rules.
