Godfrey R. Sullivan

Godfrey R. Sullivan has served as a director of the Company since February 2005. Mr. Sullivan is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Splunk, Inc., an information technology search software company. From 2004 until June 2007, Mr. Sullivan served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Hyperion Solutions Corporation, a publicly traded software company acquired by Oracle Corporation in April 2007. Prior to Hyperion’s acquisition by Oracle in April 2007, Mr. Sullivan served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Hyperion from 2004 until April 2007. From 2000 to 2001, Mr. Sullivan served as Chief Executive Officer of Promptu Corporation, an enterprise marketing automation software company. From 1992 to 2000, Mr. Sullivan served in senior management positions at Autodesk, Inc., a design software and digital media company, including as President, Discreet Division and Executive Vice President, Personal Solutions Group.

Mr. Sullivan is a member of the Audit, Finance and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees. The Board of Directors has determined that Mr. Sullivan is “independent” within the meaning of the Company’s director independence standards and the director independence standards of The Nasdaq Stock Market, LLC.

Mr. Sullivan attended the NACD Annual Corporate Governance Conference and the Executive and Director Compensation Seminar in Washington, DC.
